Some of the widest reaching forms of communication are television and the internet from commercials to movies and documentaries. Providing subtitles and voiceovers allows Philadelphia Language Services to assist production companies in giving limited English proficient individuals a voice and access to information.

In 2021 PLS assisted the Australian Broadcasting Company providing language services for their documentary Torn Apart, Together Again: The Result of US Immigration Policy | Foreign Correspondent.

For Standard Production Company we successfully assisted in translating actors’ scripts into Spanish bringing pharmaceutical information via television commercials to the Spanish speaking community.
